Default EG without PS compared to EK with PS removed?

I have driven a 94 CX Hatch that didn't come with PS.

Does anyone know how an EK hatch with PS removed feels compared to an EG? I'm in the process of purchasing a 98 hatch, and I have to decide whether or not I want PS... not for performance gains, but for comfort. If it's anything like an EG hatch, I will definitely get the PS.

Thanks!

It won't have p/s either.

Hatches were only DX or CX, neither of which had p/s

you get used to it.....seriously. All of my cars before now had it, but a hatch is small enough so that it doesn't need it.

I don't have it in my CX. Just make sure your tires have the correct amount of air and you're good.

well if you have power steering REMOVED, the steering will be heavier than with a car with a manual rack

EK hatches did not have p/s?

The reason I'm asking the question is because I have the option to add P/S to my ek that is being built. It is currently not on the car. When the guy said it wasn't on the car, I assumed that it was removed and originally came with the car.

Like I said before, if it's anything like an EG, then I'll pay to add the P/S. If it's a little easier than an EG, I can probably get used to it. The car is just a daily driver, so comfort is of importance.

Thanks for the replieS!
