Default Eg wiper blades faded...

Hello, Im sure alot of wiper blades for the eg are fadded/fading. I was wondering whats the best way to fix that? And what about the side rubber under the window. Its peeling off. How do you guys fix these problems? Do you just scrabe all the black rubber stuff until its all chrome? help me out, thanx.

I sanded them down and got some flat black paint, so now its not rubbery, but it looks better than half faded crap. same thing with the wind shield wipers, I just sanded them down and spraypainted them black...

i have no idea, im sure some people try to replace it, but with the completely sanded down and painted, it looks really really nice, and the cost for it can not be beaten.

Use some aircraft remover and strip the nasty stock paint off and then spray 3-4 coats of flat black.

Looks OEM

i just straight up painted over them cuae i dont give a **** how good it looks cause there just wiper blade arms and it still lokks better the peeling paint

I've had to do this on all my civics! Haha..

I don't know why but the window trim and the windshield wiper arms always have paint issues...

I just sand them down and hit them with some flat black paint... super easy to do and looks sooo much better than chipping paint does

Yeah, this is the best way. Strips everything off, nice surface to spray some flat black. Otherwise, it chips off again in no time.
