ok so i let my friend drive my car and he chirped way too hard and my window got un-tracked. lol. so i tried fixing it and i noticed the arm on the right that is supposed to be inside the rail came off, and i guess it got bent..does anyone know how to fix this??






in the third picture you can see how the arm ball joint is on top of the rail, not inside. and that the arm is bent. i can get the arm inside the rail but it doesnt roll up straight. any way to fix this?

A new regulator for like $35 shipped at rockauto.com. If you can't figure out this problem, I'd just get a new one for basically dirt cheap. I have a power one in my driver door EJ and it works beautiful.

Remove the bolts that hold the arm and it slides right out the hole in the bottom. It'll take you an hour max. Remember. PULL THE WINDOW OFF FIRST! Aha.

I actually don't see a front left manual regulator... hm.

**** youre right.. is the drivers side window the same as the 4 doors?

Look through all the trim models. You just need a manual regulator for a front left COUPE 92-95. The doors are sized diff. from Coupe to Sedan.

^NO! No ebay. On rockauto, the DX trim model has the regulator you need under it.

There are brass covered bolts lining the middle of the door. Unscrew them after the window is taken off, pop the crank off and the regulator will slide right out the large hole in the bottom of the door

Bc yours is mani, it'll be like $45 shipped. still no biggie bro. But all the bolts you need to take off look you right in the face on the outside of the door. And the window is on by two bolts, unscrew the bolts and it slides up and out.

Go to 1994 Honda Civic DX tab, click Body - Interior. Click Window Reg. Choose Front Left MANUAL Regulator. It's priced at $40 but shipping will probably make it to $45. BAM! It'll be there in two days or less ON THE CHEAPEST FORM OF SHIPPING. If you spend an extra $30 for it to arrive on the same day, I'll find you and slap you k? Rockauto is amazing. I've bought a knock sensor and regulator from them so far. Top notch and you get a free magnet!
