eg side markers
i recently installed the side markers on my car... and my question is how can i wire them up so that they can work when my lights are on and at the same time function as turn signals. i keep getting problems. ive wired them as described but i keep getting bad results.
when the lights are, so are the markers... and when i put the turn signal on, the lights stays on solid.
please help... thanks.

i believe there are three wires...
green=blinker wire
red=hot/power
black=ground
