I've got an eg coupe, but i swapped in a y7 with y8 IM. The car was driving fine with a couple codes up. I had a small vacuum leak because i had a bad gasket for the intake manifold. So i replaced the gasket and pcv valve while the IM was off. And i had a code for IAT sensor because i dont have one due to the y8 manifold, and after market air intake. So i drilled a hole in my intake pipe and it works out, no code for that anymore. After doing all that, when i drive it shakes at a certain speed on certain gears. For example;
2nd gear it shakes when im at 20, decelerating to 15
3rd gear it shakes when im at 30, decelerating to 25
4th gear it shakes when im at 40 decelerating to 35 and so on for 1st and 5th
When i gas it, it doesnt shake in those ranges.
I'm pretty sure it's the transmission, but correct me if im wrong. And i'm just wondering how it started shaking right after i fixed those other things.

Also, just if it matters; Im still getting a, Code 14 Idle air control valve or bad ECM, Whats that all about? i changed my iacv..

Is your iacv clean? maybe ecu not getting the signal from iacv. im sure its not the tranny, its something you did
