get the clutch pedal assembly and clutch master cylinder from a 5pd eg (junk yard) get a hydrolic 5spd tranny (any Dseries) and shiftlinkage. you need the same tranny mount from the 5spd tranny. and a manul tranny ecu. its about a days work. good luck . 4dr ftw!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

To tell you the truth, honda auto tranny's suck. Compared to other automaker's automatic tranny's they are not very reliable when combined with higher amounts of horsepower. It would be advisable to go with the manual transmission.
If you would still like to stick with an automatic type tranny, you may want to go the route of a racing sequential transmission. It is however pretty expensive to get a racing transmission made, mounted and assembled to any car. A manual would be the easiest and cheapest route. Check www.saenzperformance.com for one such company

i know changing an automatic to manual seems like a hard job, but you will make it out cheaper (and with more know how) if you just do the conversion.
