EG rear suspension ?
I asked his in the suspension forum as well, but my experience is that it's normally several days before I get a response, so I'm asking here too.
I will soon be getting a 19mm ST rear swaybar and the stock LCAs will be getting ES poly bushings.
My ? is will the extra addition of a carbing lower tie bar make any more of a noticeable difference? I can get one pretty cheap, 45 shipped. So just wondering if it's really an improvement or more for cosmetic/bragging rights.
I had a cheap generic one on my old hatch that was the typical adjustable kind and it made a small improvement, but was no longer able to use it with the beaks 22mm kit.
The carbing is solid(no adjustment or flex points) and can work with the ST bar.

You don't need a rear subframe brace for it, and I'm sure the Carbing bar would help minimally. Here's my ST setup:
It may be overkill, but damn does it do the job.

Yeah I saw your how too, but I've never heard of tearout issues with the ST 19mm bar, so like you stated it's probally overkill. plus, I guess I could buy the carbing bar and then sell it for more than I bought it for, and step up to the ASR kit or the Kteller kit(knock off of ASR)

very nice. im also runnin a 23mm itr rear sway with an asr subframe brace and blox lca and endlinks, front is 24mm gsr lca and sway. overkill and costs a grip but very satisfied.
also the eg subframes dont usually tear out a beaker kit should be enough if it is an ek however i would invest more money on a better kit
