Is the problem intermittent now or it just won't start?
Test all three main relay fuses (#18, 24, 31).
Clean and tighten the ground on the thermostat housing.
Clear the codes from the ECU, crank the engine for about thirty seconds, and then pull the codes. What comes up?

yo bro im stuck right where u at we need to help each oother lol, this morining it worked n now it doesnt wanna turn out , i also cant hear my fuel pump prime and i just finshed buying abrand new main reply from honda bout 2 hours ago im ****ing stuck too i need help

Explain.
With the key in ON(II), if the CEL remains on steady both without and with the service connector jumped, then you have CEL code 0, which indicates an ECU problem. This can be caused by the main relay not getting proper power or ground, or even a bad ECU. A bad ECU is often evidenced by the MAP sensor not getting the proper 5 reference volts from the ECU.

i think its the ecu...im like 99.9 percent sure...my main relay is fine all the fuses are fine..all ground wires are fine...
