My brother in law just picked one up, but I'm not 100% sure from where. I believe he bought it straight from US Honda, and it's identical to the JDM one. I'll ask him.

The last I checked with my Honda dealer is that these are discontinued. Fairly recently, but discontinued nonetheless.
