Default EG OEM style Foglights question - Why is one side bright and the other not?

So, just installed some EG fog lights (aftermarket depo OEM style, whatever you want to call it) but it seems that one side seems brighter then the other. I tried reaiming them using the screw but no luck. Is there anyway to repoint the (passenger side, too low) to match the driver's side? I have been thinking of taking apart the fog light and seeing if the bulb is improperly aimed.

Let me know guys! TIA!

Jon

Yes, it is grounded to the bumper part of the chassis.

I don't see how a poor ground would be limiting the visibility of the light. I guess I will take it apart to see if the bulb is aiming odd. Its quite odd.

hmm the bulb, i can view the passenger's side light it at a different angle and its as bright as the driver's side. Anyways, what bulb does it use?

I heard of people using IS300 fog lights in there? Anyone have a decent write up?

H3 bulbs my friend and I also have the same issue! But since I don't drive this EJ at night, I really don't care much. Mine is as well a Depo EG driving light kit...
