good day gurus..

may car is having a hard time starting.. when i switch the keys.. sometimes i hear a wuzzing sound after the CEL turms off.. that way the car will start.. but i dnt hear it, it wont start..

second is, when i turn the light switch on first click(im assuming its for the park/city lights) the tail,corner-signal, panel lights are ON, but when i turm it on the second click suppose for the low beam, evrythng turns off exept for the low beams, even in high beam everythng is off.. what could be the problem??

lastly, when i use the sun/moon roof it scratches the roof both driver and passenger side..could it be misalligned or something?

starting concern sounds like the fuel pump remove the back seat and check for power when trying to start.

Open steering column and find parking light output wire and check if it looses its signal when switched to headlamp position.

Which part gets scratched when using the moonroof. seems unclear

1. main relay - remove, open, resolder, reinstall
