Default EG motor in EK hatch?

i must not be putting the right words into the search because i cant find anything. Can you put a D16Z6 into an EK hatch? and also use the EK's 5 speed tranny? i just built a D16Z6 and have turbo and intercooler and all for it, now i found a good deal on a 98 hatch, is this doable? i know nothing of the EK's so far in my life, but it seems like they're both D series motor's/trans. any work involved in this? as far as changing mounts, ecu's, etc?
Thanks in advance

It'll all bolt in. Just use the driver side motor mount for the EK's. All the D-series are interchangeable.

The d166z6 is a obd1, right. And isn't a 96 + civic obd2. So don't you'll have to convert it or something.

i know that it will need the obd2 to obd 1 conversion harness, so the p28 can be used
