Ok there is tons of info about the swap itself but I'm having trouble finding specific information on keeping cruse and ps. The ls is going into a si hatch and I would like to retain my factory options. Can I use the d power steering pump or do I need to switch to a ls one? Could I use the d pump with an ls bracket?

Secondly what is required to retain the factory cruse control?

the cruise shouldnt be an issue. the power steering you will need the ls pump. the d series pump will not swap over.

So I would need an ls power steering pump and bracket then? Will the d series lines work for it?

dont be a little gurl... have no power steering.. plus car is much lighter that way...

the d line should work, you may need a b16 pump though. i know when i swapped the b16 into my hatch, the line worked, but when i put a gsr into my friends 00 hatch, the d line didnt work and he got a b16 pump and works fine now.
