searched but didnt really find anything helpfull. trying to put low fuel light on eg to be able to use jdm cluster. anybody?

You don't need a low fuel light to use a JDM cluster. If you are getting one and want it to be fully functional (low fuel light), you'll need an Integra fuel sender unit. Then run a wire to the rear of the cluster in that pin slot of the cluster plug.
