Dimmer control does not work on the JDM Cluster... just replace the bulbs in the back of the cluster... and you will notice a huge difference

I used the 3 fat bulbs with the blue condoms from my original cluster. I took off the blue condoms, and had a buddy who gave me another 3 fat bulbs. I replaced all of the grey ones on the JDM one.
Btw, you can tell if your jdm bulbs are burned out if the holder thingy has a browned burned look around the bulb area.

Replace them with new bulbs!! What do you think! Just head over to your local parts shop, pull the bulbs from the back of your cluster (should have brown backings) and tell them you want new bulbs. I believe the size is 24... could be wrong...

Yeah but I thought the JDM clusters use amber bulbs that you can't get in the US. Either they don't have the same size or the same color. That's why I was asking.
Thanks for your smart *** remark though

Bulbs are not amber, the inside of the gauge face is.
