So what's the trick with getting the plastic pillar / cover off the on the EG's? I'm going to replace the front seat cover, but I don't want to bust up the plastic cover on the headrest pillar.

The diagrams suggest some sort of clips that hold the two plastic pieces, but I cannot get a clear enough pic to see how they'd come out...
