Default eg hatch headliner alternatives???

I picked up another 95 hatch the other day and it's missing a few interior pieces. The biggest piece would be the headliner. I can't seem to find one anywhere.

Has anyone made their own headliner? Not just recovered it but the entire thing. I'm think that maybe the route I have to go

I have never done this before but if i had too. I would put some type of protective over the metal roof then spray foam and shave away. Spray foam and shave over and over. Until you get the shape you want. Take that mold you made and a roll of fiberglass with some resin. Lay a few coats of fiber over your foam. Once its dry you have the choice to keep the foam for extra noise deadening or just use the fiberglass shell you made! paint it however you please and bolt it up, and never worry about headliner repairs again. Or you could simply wrap your foam mold in the fabric of your choice. Wouldn't last forever but would look near oem.
