I Ordered a type R lip for my bumper and i want to repair it before i put the lip on it has a few scratches and one small hole and some cracks what products would be best to use for repair?

There's a body work section on h-t that would be better suited to post this at...there's more educated and experienced people there for issues like this...you'll have to post pics too...that's a pretty generic phrase. Scratches can be clearcoat deep or down to the basecoat, or to the primer, or all the way to the plastic...clearcoat can be buffed out...basecoat sometimes can be masked...a hole? Not so much. It sounds like you'd spend less if you just bought a used bumper that is the same color or even a used one and get it painted to match.
