eg h22 swap only redlining to 6700?
i have a 95 civic 4dr with a h22 swap
i first got the car and it would go to 8,000k no problem and now the car only goes to 6500? just wondering what could cause the problem.
The only upgrades i have a
Skunk 2 intake mani and throttle body
with a cheap header
Anyone have any ideas
Also it has the p13 H22 ecu in it

Get it tuned... You have after market IM anyway, this way you can run the correct fuel maps AND set the rev limiter wherever you want it

ya its in limp mode, it throws an egr code but the egr was eliminated. i wanted to wait to get it tuned so i can fix all the problems first

Well if you have a chip burner you can use the free version of Crome to disable stuff... Or I'm sure you could ask any reputable speed shop to burn you a basemap chip with stuff like EGR disabled for free if you plan to get it tuned with them.
