Icon2 eg guage cluster
i have a 93 civic hb cx and my guage cluster doesnt show my rpms! so i got another guage cluster that shows the rpms. i plugged it all in and the lights turn on but nothing else works on it. idk if the guage cluster is broken or it has to do with something else. if you have any info on this i would appreciate it thanks.

Check whether fuse 15 or 24 under the dash is blown.
