Default EG glove box question

Did they make any EG glove boxes that can be locked with the car key? I want a way to lock up my glove box.

http://www.hondaautomotivepart...95%29

On that web site it looks like number 25 is a lock assembly for the glove box. How would my key fit the lock that comes with it?

I think number 25 is just the lever to open your glove box. But if you really want to lock it make a lock for it.

So Honda never made locks on the glove boxes for an EG?

Honestly, who are you going to stop by locking your glove box? Valet parking attendants?

I don't think they made one. Easiest thing would be a small hinge with pad lock if you are that worried.

A simple yes or no was all that was required. Please give me my 3 seconds back that it took to read your post.

Calm down noob. Just asking who you were keeping out of your glove compartment. I'm sorry to say, but those 3 seconds are gone.

He wanted to ask a simple question and so did I. Then he had to be a smartass about it, so I was a smartass back.

Well to answer your question I was just curious so that I could keep people who ride with me from opening it. I know it can't stop a thief who breaks into my car. And I was being a smart *** because of your first post
