eg front UCA = dc front UCA?
The ball joint in my front upper control arm is bad. I have integra upper control arms now. Instead of pressing in a new ball joint, can I just swap in my old civic uca?

Damn, I worded my post wrong. I want to replace the civic uca on one side, not both. Are the civic and integra UCA's the same, or will I have to put the civic ones back on both sides?
