It's actually far more difficult than some may imagine. Not only do you have to change core supports but you also have to cut and weld del sol and civic fenders and hood together. I imagine if you're a master fabricator or body man it would be a very simple conversion.
I personally wouldn't do it because these cars are almost considered classics and before we realize it they're going to be extremely hard to find completely stock. I'm not saying don't do it completely, but if you do, try and find a wrecked del sol or one that needs some good loving.
