Re: eg front end (Zaakro)
There is a bumper spacer that bolts to the top of the reinforcement on each side under the headlights. Get them from a junk yard or from the dealer, they are cheap.
Oh, and this is the ef forum, please find your way to the eg forum, one link below this one from the home page. Also please forget how to get back. Thank you.

Sounds to me like your saying there is a space between the urethane bumper and the head light. There is always a gap there. The bracket people are talking about is not going to make the gap go away. I removed those brackets years ago. If you want to try and close the gap loosen the two bolts and two nuts that hold the head light assy and try and move the light forward and down. But you'll have to adjust the height after you do that.
Do you have a photo of what your talking about?
Have both bracket removed in this photo from a few years back.

Read the post above yours... He posted this in the EF section first. A mod moved it from there to here.

Re: eg front end (NOFX)
Pretty sure this section is for EGs and EKs. Any way, I've heard of people removing the plastic clip and screw, and putting a bolt in there instead.

It is. This thread was originally in the EF section. It was moved here. The posts saying that it doesn't belong in the section it was posted in were posted when this thread was in the EF section.
This thread does not belong in the EF section, like they said.
