what parts are needed as my car will be gettin painted in december.
hood,headlights, fenders,bumper, rad support,hoodlatch, anything i am missing??
what about inner fenders??
how does the door to fenders line up??? if it looks like crap i dont want to do the conversion.

Re: eg to ek swap (DragIIcivic)
actually it's an EH conversion and the fenders will need to be cut and molded to the EG fenders. It should fit good as long as whoever does it knows what they are doing. I like the look of the EG but the light output sucks and that is why I went to the EK set up. HTH

3 guys in our crew have this conversion. i was going to, but decided to sell the parts and get something else. anyways, here's what you need:
from the 6th gen-
headlights
front bumper
front bumper grille
fenders
headlights
hood
core support
there's two ways to go about it. First is just using the existing EG fenders and cutting the shape of the headlight out of those. this method looks shitty as poop. the right way to do it is to use the rear 2/3 of the EG fender and the front 1/3 of the EK fender. cut them a little long so that they overlap a bit. use a rivet gun or something to hold it in place and then it's bondo time. be careful when breaking the spot welds on your EG core support (there are a bunch), and make sure to make good welds when putting in the EK one.
when you are done, it should look like this (save the skyline bumper and bw hood):

by the way, this car runs a 12.89 all motor

Re: eg to ek swap (civicjunkie)
Just leave it the way it is. I love the headlights on a EG6. If you're planning to do any kind of conversion, get the JDM Integra headlight conversion. That looks the best. Just like the one in SuperStreet.
