Ok basically looking to buy del sol seats from a member this weekend, at 5'8" I was wondering how low I will sit..

I want to be able to see over the dash and what not

You will sit pretty low, but you should be fine as long as you don't recline the seat too much. I've sat in del sol seats in a 98 integra, and eg hatch and was able to see fine both times. I'm 5'11, and the seats were reclined a good amount.

I've had mine for a long time in my hatch, I'm about 5'9-5'10 and I can see over the dash fine. They're (in my opinion) much more comfortable than the stockers, and look much nicer. I feel that the stockers, as well as Integra seats sit to high for me.

im 5'10 too and they do sit lower than stock (about 1.5"in my 95 civic but i can see just fine, and are worth getting

They are lower then stock thats for sure. My girlfriend is 5' 4" and she doesnt have a problem driving my car.

When i traded my del sol seats for ones with red strips we traded rails too. His rails were 1" higher then mine...im thinking it came out of the 96+. I swapped those for a set outa a 95 and was back to my low riding position.

So if you want the same "civic" seat height...you can get different rails with your del sol seats.
