eg depo foglight wiring harness.
93 dx coupe, depo jdm wannabe foglights.
so my harness fried for whatever reason. had everything plugged in the right locations, but from the driver fog to the right before the inline fuse fried. the fuse didn't even pop is was prety much just melted into the fuse box. then the wiring is good to the battery.
do you think it could have fried from a bad ground? or maybe the wrong amperage fuse?
can anybody tell me what amp fuse im suppossed to be using?i think it came with 30amp? can't remember threw it out when it fried about a month ago. it was green i think.
im in the middle of rewiring the harness now instead of buying a new one, and if you might have some insight with the reason it could have fried thanks a lot.

easiest way to do it is to splice the fog light wires directly into your headlight wires...dont have a switch but hey when are you gonna be driving with your fog lights off? haha

Re: eg depo foglight wiring harness.
my fog lights wire harness fried also upon initial turn on, it came on and fried the complete, harness, mine was bought off ebay, and I supected the switch is the culprit, because it fell apart when I disconnected it. it could also be that wire gauge is too small the seller offered me a replacement, but never replied to any of my messages after I sent the item back. I am pretty good on wiring so its not user error.
