id make sure it would be okay to leave out the air bag. in some states it's illegal to remove it. don't know about CA, so you should check up on that.

There is no OEM p/s airbag delete tray specifically for the 5th Gen Civic. I searched for posts re: fitment of the DC/EK tray into the EG, but have never found anything or any DIYs. I'm tempted to try it next time I find one of these at the wreckers, just to settle the question.

That will be good ... if anybody have a dc delete tray we could test it on mines and get an answer

dc tray is a little bigger if i remember correctly. there is no 5th gen civic air bag tray because there's a dashboard that doesnt use a passenger airbag altogether...
