I did some searching but was unable to find an answer, and I am kinda new to the forums here too. I own a DA but I've been looking at stripped EG hatch in my area and I need some info on stock suspension compatabily. I know an EG specific suspension would be ideal but would a stock suspension from an EK or maybe another DA or DC fit and work properly on the EG body? I'm mainly concerned about the stock forks and shocks and springs fitting properly on the EG. Thanks in advance.

In the EG you can FIT DC suspension parts with no problem.

If your Using EK stuff on your EG, the fronts will fit, but the rear you have to shave down your fork a little bit or bend the fork on the damper a little wider.

you can also Run EF suspesnion on your EG or DC. All you need is the front forks from the EF. I am currently running EF suspension in my car and also got DC2 rear lower control arms since my Teins have the EYE isntead of the fork for the rear dampers.

i used to have EK suspension on my EG5
front is bolt on , rear needs some washer due to the rear suspension is slightly wider.
