If it was indeed made by "Wek Sos" you can go to the sponsor marketplace and hit up the sponsor themselves. They may have some info as to whether its still available or not.

You can actually make your own. I brought it cause there wasn't much info of it and don't know what it actaully look like. Oh, and yes it does work.

The cooling plate for an EG is on the wek sos website. Just click the following buttons. HONDA>CIVIC>ACCESSORIES>RADIATOR COOLING PLATE

Looks like that could be easily replicated with about 2 hours and 1/8 stainless steel sheet.

Basically... It looks "cool" and it keeps your radiator "cool" as well.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 95civicdx &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">what does it do?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Keeps air from flowing around your radiator and forces more air that comes from your bumper to go "through" your radiator causing better cooling.

Man dumbing down for america sucks.

Not going for style points going for the comprehension factor.

Sorry if it doesn't fit your taste but not really.
