i recently bought a eg hatch that came with a jdm cluster in it (the white face one). It came with the EG9 cluster I believe, the one that has the car picture in the bottom with all 4 door open. Well I know the doors or car are souppose to light up when the door is open but none of them do. Common sense that I only have 2 doors and the cluster has a car w/ 4 but even when the front one is open it doesnt light up. Now does this feature only work on the sedans. I was gunna trade my cluster for a eg6 one, just thought I asked cause thats one of the reason the guy wanted it haha. Dont wanna trade him a broken cluster

Our USDM cars never had the door ajar lights. You will need to wire them up yourself by tapping off the door dome light sensor. If yours came with a plug in the back of the tachometer for the lights, wiring up will be easy. I forgot which wires you need to splice though. If you don't have a plug, then I'm not too sure how your are going to connect the wire.

I also wired up my hatch light too.
