Default EG civic and lights

Hello my name is Einar and i live in Iceland. i currently own 4 hondas. 1 EJ9 daily and 3 EG civics.

in the EG there are no lights for the heater controls in the center.

i have seen people put lights there but i cant find any good DIY for it.

i am brand new to this site and have not yet got control of all the forums. if somebody could help me find the DIY it would be lovely

Your CD player has to come out. Then you can get to the screws holding the heater control unit in place. There are two screws in the bottom of the unit at the front and one screw in the bottom of the unit at the rear. You will have to unfasten the cable for the vent control and unplug the connections in the back; this is not too difficult. All told it will be a little tricky pulling the unit out the first few times. The climate control part of this writeup seems good:
