eg brake problem HELP

Default eg brake problem HELP

my sister hatchback (auto) having an problem... when u make an full stop (red light). the car came to an full stop. it seem to be ok until u kept holding on the brake pedal (the car started moving slowly). u need to press more on the brake to stop the car. after a few second pass it repeat again until the brake pedal cant go any deeper. i told her to just use e-brake. any1 know? (SRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH)

we just replace new brake, still doing the same
brake fluid still full

bleed the breaks again it sound like theres air in the lines still

sounds like the seals in the master cylinder are shot. You may could bleed the system but its fairly common on older hondas for them to need a new master cylinder at some point or another.

what year is the car? i know the thread is 92-00 but if its newer, the master cylinder/MS gasket should not have gone bad on you....its its in the mid 90s than yea its a possibility

1 more than i forgot to add.. it mostly do it when it hot (day time)... at night it seem to be ok...

I knew that after bleeding the brakes several times (as good as it was gonna get) and still had same problem you describe, I changed the mc and problem gone.

Before buying any parts make sure their well bled first
