well i had a 1995 coupe with a stock b18c1 beast in it. it was stock with the exception of a Field's vtec controller, AEM intake for a 99 si, and an exhaust dump(Y-pipe) and i consistantly hit 13.7-13.8. Oh yeah I had a ACT 6 puck in there. Let me remind you that this is in a 1995 DX coupe, full interior and on Nitto 555R.

B18C1 ina EG thats not an SI will run low 14s, High 13s all day long...Invest in some slicks.

I got a b18c1 in my hatch adn i have only been to the track a few times since i only drive it to beat around in, since i have school an all. The fastest i have ever ran was a 14.28 at some odd miles an hour. That was with just a basically stock gsr in a hatch and i had the backseats out too, plus it had exhaust and intake and header and thats it.

LSD and $100-200 slicks will go a long way in the 1/4mile (not to mention braking)
Fairly cheap investment for the benefits that come with it... if thats your thing

I'd say high 13's is about right. I raced an EK with a B18C + bolt-ons and just barley edged it out, raced an EJ later with the same B18C + bolt-ons, beat him by a larger margin, but he's got a heavier coupe. Only hybrid EG I race is a CX w/ a JDM B16A (SiR II 170ps) with intake and exahust and I have a real tough time with him through 3rd before I can distance myself. With a set of drag radials and an LSD, lower-mid 13's all day in a B18C1 powered EG

me and a buddy are going to invest in slicks and wheels to share at the track. I also am going to get LSD with the engine. These #'s are lookin great, and I might have to invest in a helmet to not get kicked off the track.

I hope my '97 CX can run times close to those with slicks and an LSD. Mid 13's would be tiightt!

I'd love to have high 13s...I was thinking mid 14s when I get my eg hybrid set up.

All depends on the car (CX, DX, VX or Si), the mods, and the driving. But with slicks and an LSD, I say 13's no doubt on a CX/VX
