Default eg auto tranny into ek auto. direct swap?
hey guys i have a pretty simple question and i searched but all i could find is manual civic stuff. i have a 98 civic dx hatch and i need to replace the transmission. can i use the auto transmission from an eg civic? the donor vehicle is a 94 civic dx. i would just need to use the obd2 starter from the civic.. but will everything else work fine? seems like it would, but i wanna be sure. any info would help IF YOU ACTUALLY KNOW FOR SURE. thanks!

it will bolt on but the 96 up trannys have about 4 extra sensors that a 92-95 dose not have

can i use the sensors from the bad 96-00 tranny i have on the 92-95 tranny?

Thats about right. The short answer is it doesn't work.
