EF D Series clutch in a EG D16z6? Will it fit????

EF D Series clutch in a EG D16z6? Will it fit????
First off I searched but couldn't find anything to help me out. So here is the deal:
My buddy had a EF CRX and a d15, not really sure what year it was off hand, but i think his CRX was an HF model, not really sure if that even matters.
But we want to put his practically brand new OEM clutch on my D16z6 trans. Will this work or are there differences?
Majestic Honda says different part numbers for them other than the clutch cover case.
I'm confused, someone help me!

i believe that the flywheel for the ef civic is 205 mm and the eg is 212, so i think they might be a little off in size and compatablility
