Short answer: No.

Long answer: EDM (more specifically, German) headlights are legally required to be glass, and are also legally required to have that adjustment capability. It's more than bolting on the headlight adjustment system. You would also need to replace your headlight housings with German glass headlights. They are extremely rare, and on the rare occasion that you can find them, have a tendency to be extremely pricey. Also, should you be interested in an HID retrofit in the future, that will be much more difficult with the German adjustable housings.

i saw some on here for sale and the guy was also selling them on ebay and the whole shebang sold for 200 or so. but thanks for the answer. i was figuring i'd have to get the whole headlight system.
