get another ex/si transmission
the others have much longer gearing (NO, that is NOT better for turbo)

get a ex/si tranny. Any tranny from a 92-95 civic ex/si will bolt up and any ex tranny from a 96-00 will bolt right up. I would throw in a stage 1 act clutch forsure.
