I have a itr motor with full exhaust, & comptech cai. Would it be worth it to change my throttle body, or will i get no gains from it, since my motor is still pretty much stock?

Don't bother. All it will be doing at this point is letting you get to WOT sooner in the pedal travel. This might give you the placebo effect of being faster, but it won't help you much. Also, you need to port match your intake mani if you ever do step up.

all motor then start worrying about that. Honda TB aren't super small. My neon had a tiny TB and switching that helped, but then again that was an assaninly designed car.

You can port your TB and Intake Manifold from some machine shop. No need to buy new one.

Why not do header instead? Or get some agressive Cams? If you haven't done them that is.

if your planning to fully build your motor then yeah get a biger throttle body every little thing counts.
