Default ECU's...
Someone told me its possible to run a GSR with ITR pistons on a stock CX ecu just to get the emmisions checked. Can it even be done?

i did it to pass emissions on my jdm type r motor in my 93 cx. i used my cx ecu and passed with flying colors.

running the cx ecu will just lower the emissions on the motor by using way less fuel. performance suffers a bit but to pass emissions just make sure the motor is running in tip top shape.

i used a p72 ecu on my b16a and passed the emission test, they looked at it and told me to put a damn cat on...lolz

hmmmm, it didnt work for me, just raised the HC and the CO....
