Ok so the a couple years ago i got water down on the wires in the kick panel where the ECU is, I have a 98 civic ex with a swaped b16a running a jumper harness to the P30 ECU. And me and my shop got it fixed it needed a new jumper harness. Also my check engine light has always been on for a o2 sensor.

So my battery died the other day and it reset my ECU, not my check engine light went off and the car while driving 70 will get stuck i can put it to the floor and it wants to REV but wont it does it at other rpms as well.

So i unpluged the ECU tryed to reset it again no luck, but as i was moving the wire loom by the jumper harness to the P30 ECU the motor completly shut off.

I thought maybe it was the CFK cause we have the wires in one of the plastic bridge connectors but we replaced that, so we started pulling the pins from the cars harness to the jumper harness and some were coroded so we cut them all off resoderd the wires and still no luck.

we tryed moving each wire by its self to see if it was just one wire but no luck, But if you move them all together the motor shuts right off.

The cars sitting at synapse and they think its the jumper harness so we orderd another one. I'm 300 into this wire issue.

Can anyone help me out please got one thread going in Tech. Any idea's suggestion would be great.
