Default ECU upgrade for D16Z6

I was just wondering if any ECUs are plug and play for the Z6. Can you use a GSR or LS ecu for better fuel maps? I think those b18s had knock sensors though didn't they? Thanks for the help.

the maps for a gsr and will only get your car running but not very good. the maps are meant for a dohc vtec not sohc vtec. The Ls ecu would probably run better then the gsr but you wont have vtec at all. you could get a chip for the ecu u have now and it will run better that either of those two.

Doh, I forgot the LS isn't vtec. I was just wondering since the engine is actually in my CRX and you can use a 88-89 Teg ECU in a 88-91 CRX SI for a little upgrade.
