Default ECU Swap to OBD1... Low Fuel Light?

Question: I'm smack in the middle of my turbo project on my 1997 Acura 1.6EL... will I lose my low fuel light when I put the OBD 1 P28 in? I have a low fuel light now... I want to know if that goes through the ecu or not, because the p28 civics don't have a fuel light.

no the fuel light would not go off....the ecu doesnt read the fuel level, there is a fuel level sender in the tank that reads the amount of fuel in the tank

*edit
just read the question over again........thats a good question???? oops lol

ok, so the fuel level sending unit connects directly to the cluster?

Just using the conversion harness, the EL's are the exact same as the 96-00 EK sedans. I'm not swapping any wiring.
