Pull away the carpet on your passenger side. Unbolt it and unplug it. Bam you're done.
If you pull it everytime you leave it's like resetting your car everytime. Nothing wrong with that. Lots of people do it.
I did it for a while but got lazy and didn't want to carry an ecu with me all day.

It has little tabs that you push down and then pull the plug out. Make sure that you pull it out by the little plastic plug and not the wires. I know it seems obvious but I seen so many people do it. Trust, you dont want to pull out the little pins.
