98GSR-Turbo

ok i am putting an ls/vtec in my 96 ex. the block is a 96 b18b1 block and the head is a 99 b18c1 head. i put eagle rods and JE SRP forged 8.5:1 pistons and a BLOX IM so i didnt have to run the IAB wires. i am going to boost it once i get the turbo kit paid off. (about a month from now) so my question is: what baseline should i burn to a chip? D16, B16, or GSR tune w/o IAB?
