Default Ecu question for my mini me

Converting my 2000 EJ6 hatch from and auto to a 5 speed. Also Putting a y8 head and manifold on the block so I can have a little fun while im saving for my b series build. I found a guy on ebay that programs basemaps for obd1 p28 ecus. is it against the rules to post the link for you guys to check out and tell me if you think its legit or not? or even worth it?

You can post it. Never heard anything necessarily bad as long as the seller is legit but post away.

Does it seem legit? Think it worth the cash to get one chipped for my mini me? Or just go stock p28?

Why not just get a stock EX ECU? It seems like you're over-complicating this for no reason.
