Default ecu problem

In my 96 hatch i have a 93 ls motor in it but i have a p75 ecu. How bad will this be for my motor and what kind of ecu would i need for my motor to run right? Would i need a manual pr4?

isnt going to affect anything, unless its an obd2 p75, which will check for a knock sensor (which your b18a wont have)

well it is an obd2 p75 for my b18b and i have had many problems with it so far. I have problems with the idle jumping up and down while the car is rolling, i have some codes for ignition malfuntion or misfire, system too lean, o2 sensor. What ecu do i need exactly?

(forgot, it will be looking for a 2ndary o2 also)

You can use either obd1 p4r or p75 - but will need an obd2a->obd1 jumper harness (if using the 96 civic harness)

You have issues though...are your plugs ordered correctly? Timing? Did you rewire the iacv to 2 wire?
