ECU Problem

I bought a GSR OBD1 P72 SKUNK2 spec ECU for my 94 civic and it bug out at 7500 still Everything still feel the same. Can anyone help me ?

Did you get it on Ebay or directly from SkunkII? If the former, you picked up some burned-chip piece of ****. Bummer.
