ecu p28 on a itr programming
im putting a p28 on my b18c5 and im thinking about trying uberdata but i wanna know if theres anything out there that i can use. and will the p28 work fine.

There are chips out there that are meant for DOHC B-series engines, though I'm not sure what you mean by "anything out there that i can use". Uberdata is a good route, though, if you know what you're doing.
