Default ecu help?

ok so i have searched and asked on superhonda and 780 here in edmonton

and i cant find what hell this ecu is for.
sorry if this is the wrong place to post this by the way.

a friend of mine traded me a spoon ecu and it was supposed to be for my 00 SiR

the code reads 37820-P2T-0030-Z1 it doesnt matchmy ecu code and i cant plug into it except for two of the connectors. my first guess is that it is obd1 but i dont want to buy a conversion harness incase this ecu isnt made for my motor.

plz help i am going cray trying to figure this out.
mike
